Here come the Wood Ducks! I spotted this family of four as I drove down Mill Street this morning.
Other notes: lots of activity at the CRP today. Large flocks of blackbirds flying from place to place. Mergansers (hooded and common) on newly opened river spots. Massive numbers of blue jays (I saw a single bush shed what seemed like at least 15 of them).
